POLYISOBOARD FOAM  FOIL is a closed cell rigid foam insulation board that has a glass fibre reinforced Polyisocyanurate foam core sandwiched between two faces of reflective aluminum foil.  This is our standard board and is generally used  for enclosed soffit zones ie: suspended ceiling zones However Foil finish can be used as a visible finish depending on design criteria and specifications

POLYISOBOARD FOAM  WHITE which  has been developed to provide a bright, clean interior finish ceiling/roof system for exposed soffits for carparks and commercial space .  The white finish provides an improved reflectance particularly in car-park zones  improving safety and energy efficiency in lighting.

POLYISOBOARD FOAM BLACK which  has been developed to provide a high level of insulation but create a lost dark void interior finish ceiling/roof system for exposed soffits generally seen in retail and commercial space .  (Visit link for further details)

More builders are choosing Polyiso insulation for use on and in walls and under soffit applications. Because Polyiso foil-faced insulation has the highest R-value per centimeter, the U-value of the cavity wall system can be achieved with minimum thickness, which decreases the overall footprint of the building and lowers construction costs. In cavity walls, Polyiso's foil face and R-value allow increased air space between inner and outer wythes to more efficiently divert water to the outside and improve long term thermal performance.
